This mounting plate, model MPDG-1, is for Toro Dingo Style Machines.

The plate is fully welded.

The mounting plate has a horizontal measurement of 23 1/2 inches. From the top bar to the bottom lip is 8 1/2 inches. Pin holes are 15 3/8 inches apart center-to-center.
