Did not buy my mower from them but had a problem and they fixed it WHILE I WAITED. I'm from Eau Claire, bought the mower from F&F in Chippewa and even though it cost me $30 in gas any problem I may have in the future I will bring it here as these people know what they are doing! F&F has no clue what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parts Dept held the part for me also until I could get there.

I purchased a new 2022 Compact Track Loader. Within the first 4 hours of use I had an electrical breakdown. I called my Salesman "Ray", who hooked me up with :"Dave" the service manager. Dave sent "Brian" who is a very good service technician to see if he could fix it onsite. Within 2 hours of making the call. Brian rolled into my construction site in Pine City to look at the machine. Brian also brought a loaner machine for me to use in case he needed to take my machine back to the shop.

Recently had an electrical problem on my 35A so I called in and talked to Dave in the service department. After discussing the problem and trying a couple of things over the phone Dave arranged to have the tractor picked up brought to the shop and had it fixed and then delivered back within a couple of days. Dave and his staff did a fantastic job. I can't thank them all enough for such a rapid response and very minimal down time. WELL DONE!
